1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Payment Terms

6. Intellectual Property

• Moonana Digital may use anonymized case studies for marketing purposes

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, client data, and business strategies shared during the course of our work together. This obligation continues indefinitely unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

8. Service Level Expectations

We strive to provide exceptional service with:

• Response to inquiries within 24 hours during business days
• Regular progress updates and reporting
• Transparent communication about challenges and solutions
• Quality assurance on all deliverables

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become immediately due
• Work in progress will be completed and delivered
• Client data will be securely returned or destroyed as requested
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

10. Limitation of Liability

Moonana Digital's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages. SEO results are not guaranteed as they depend on various factors including algorithm changes and competitive landscape.

11. Disclaimer

While we strive for excellence, SEO is not an exact science. Search engine algorithms change frequently, and results cannot be guaranteed. We provide our expert analysis and best practices, but ultimate success depends on many factors beyond our control.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco County, California.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
